Booking and Payment * A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. * The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. * Payments can be made via Check, ACH transfer, Zelle, Credit and Debit card. Cancellation and Rescheduling * Cancellations must be made at least five business days prior to the photoshoot date to avoid additional charges. * Rescheduling requests must be made at least five days in advance and are subject to the Photographer’s availability. Photoshoot * The Photographer will provide photography services for the agreed duration at the specified location. * The Client is responsible for ensuring all subjects are present and prepared at the scheduled time. * The Photographer is not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by the Client or their associates. Deliverables * No master files or raw images will be provided to the Client at any point and additional retouching requests beyond the initial edits may incur extra charges. Image Usage Rights * The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for corporate purposes, including but not limited to websites, marketing materials, and internal communications. * The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images. * The Client may not sell, license, or distribute the images to third parties without the Photographer’s written consent. Photographer’s Rights * The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Limitation of Liability * The Photographer will take the utmost care with respect to the capture, storage, and delivery of the images. However, in the unlikely event of data loss, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a reshoot or a refund of the amount paid. Governing Law * These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Laurel, Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Laurel, Maryland. Acceptance of Terms * By booking the photoshoot, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
