Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping depending on your destination. Please reach out to studio@nicolbelvedere.com for more information on international orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’re happy to help resolve any issues, though we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your coloring book, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The print must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- You must contact us at studio@nicolbelvedere.com before returning the item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Due to the nature of printed media, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
